OK I neeed help. The shower is clogged and i don't know what to do... any ideas????

Drag a person to the clog so they can see that it needs fixed then drag them to the bucket sitting in the laundry room by the linen closet. |

go to the laundry room by the closet and the sim will pick up the plunger |

You need to drag one of your little people to the shower and then to the back of the laundry room where a plunger is located. You can do the same for a sink and/or toilet. |
